Stunning pair of Asian table lamps presented in the shape of tall urns, they are a pale yellow that fills between central panels depicting courtlife. Across the yellow background, Chinese symbols in a russet orange run vertically with pheasants and dragons swirling between the symbols. The base, shoulder and neck are rimmed in a band of petal pink with soft blue geometric designs. Such much traditional symbolism in the details. Each lamp rests upon a deep mahogany stained Asian influenced scrolled wood base. Tall and slender, then look nice on opposing end tables, along a mantel or high bookshelf or even in a bedroom on nightstands

Nice condition, no damage. Minor surface dust. Natural imperfections in the handpainting.
Powers on, turn switch on socket, standard US bulb and cord, Leviton socket 250W 250V, harp and finial show some tarnish.
